If it always happen、happens in the present or it will happen in the future:
If…… (will) + simple form

If it is impassible to happen in the present or it won’t happen in the future:
If…Verb (past tense)… would \ could + simple form

「Wish」 (in the present)
Wish + Verb (past tense)

It didn’t happen in the past、but you would rather it happened:
If…(past perfect)… would \ could have + Verb (past participle)

Wish + had Verb (past principle)
+ would \ could have Verb (past principle)

Writing: How to write a summary

About the question: no/any + plural N. or singular N.?
Ans: It is ok to add plural or singular N. after "no" or "any".

Because "no" and "any" are indefinite pronouns(不定代名詞)、and they can be transfered into indefinite adjectives(不定形容詞)、it is possible to add plural or singular nouns after "no" and "any".
