Do you have any goal that you want to reach it?
Here I got some tips wants to share with you.

1. Please think about something that you really want in the future. Try to make it concrete:
Ex: I want to buy a BMW or I want to change a house for my family which costs 30 million dollars before 30 years old.

2. Set a date for make the goal come true, then from that date push back, think about the steps with a clear date, that’s called plan.
For ex: I want to change a house for my family before 30 years old.

(1) For change a house, I must raise up my salary.

(2) For raise up my salary, I can’t just be an employee, I have to work hard to become a manager.

(3) For become a manager, I must work hard to raise up my sales target, and get my boss’s trust.

(4) For raise up my sales target and get my boss’s trust, I must reach the target that our company set for us.

(5) For reach the target, what do I have to do and plan in this month?

(6) What do I have to do today for reach the target?

3. Set several targets step by step.
Content and the reach date must be clear and able to do it, make the target close to you.

From the goal reach date push back, can help us to see every steps to the goal clearly, and act every steps you make instead of thinking, then the goal will closer to you.

Even you can’t reach the target on the date you set for some environmental excuses, but for your view and action, you have already on the successful way, then one day, you will make your dream come true.

Why is from the goal reach date push back?
Because if you set the target step by step from now to the future, sometimes the goal will easily to be postponed, so you have to surely to set a date in the future, and start to plan several steps, then you will know what target you should be done before the date.
