wax apple = bell fruit -> It’s a fruit looks like a bell with pink or red color, you know
side dish -> Not the entrée, just side dish
peppery hot -> It’s extremely hot!
Chafing dish = hot pot -> We really like to have in cold winter. It’s warm!
Numbness -> 麻
Lamb -> one kind of mutton
騷味 -> the smell of meat or fish

White wine for seafood or chicken!
