Do you have any goal that you want to reach it?
Here I got some tips wants to share with you.

1. Please think about something that you really want in the future. Try to make it concrete:
Ex: I want to buy a BMW or I want to change a house for my family which costs 30 million dollars before 30 years old.

2. Set a date for make the goal come true, then from that date push back, think about the steps with a clear date, that’s called plan.
For ex: I want to change a house for my family before 30 years old.

(1) For change a house, I must raise up my salary.

(2) For raise up my salary, I can’t just be an employee, I have to work hard to become a manager.

(3) For become a manager, I must work hard to raise up my sales target, and get my boss’s trust.

(4) For raise up my sales target and get my boss’s trust, I must reach the target that our company set for us.

(5) For reach the target, what do I have to do and plan in this month?

(6) What do I have to do today for reach the target?

3. Set several targets step by step.
Content and the reach date must be clear and able to do it, make the target close to you.

From the goal reach date push back, can help us to see every steps to the goal clearly, and act every steps you make instead of thinking, then the goal will closer to you.

Even you can’t reach the target on the date you set for some environmental excuses, but for your view and action, you have already on the successful way, then one day, you will make your dream come true.

Why is from the goal reach date push back?
Because if you set the target step by step from now to the future, sometimes the goal will easily to be postponed, so you have to surely to set a date in the future, and start to plan several steps, then you will know what target you should be done before the date.

I don't know do you guys remember that there were two swatch's advertisment before? One is the western world people jump, the eastern world shakes, the other one is the eastern world people jump, the western world shakes. Have you guys remind it? The western world people jump to the ground at the same time, and cause the eastern world felt shake. The same to eastern world, people jump to the ground at the same time and cause the western world felt shake.
Though swatch trying to express their watch can be very correct for every second by this advertise. In my thinking, there are some different ways to explain it. Here are my conclusion of this advertisment:
1. Together will be a great power.
2. Even you were a small guy with less power, you still got the power to
change this world.
3. Eastern and western can influence each other.

Seems this one isn't like a story, please forgive me. :)
These five stories wrote by me, and I know there are lots of mistakes of these stories, if you guys have free time, please modify my writing, thank you.

Sharon

There is a girl change into a woman. Her name is Louise. She become more romantic. In the spare time, she went to class and learn how to facial, join 手面相 class on Wed. She met a lot of friends. The teacher in 手面相 class said if you change your heart, you will change your face. She knows more about herself by this class and also help others to know more about themselves. The teacher also said 整型 can't change your destiny, all you can do is change from your heart. She is not that subjective(主觀) than used to. Her teacher likes her very much, and want to be the match maker. But the people isn't her Mr.right. I believe even she is alone, she can still enjoy to be alone.

He had been to Boston for business. The season in winter with snow. He went there alone. The most impressed him was he took airplane to America and transport to domestic flight to Boston. He spent few times to communicated with the staff. When he got to Boston, he had to rent a car, and drove the car on the highway. It was snowing, the car didn't has demister(除霧器), so it's foggy on the glass and the car was skid（打滑), because of the wheel didn't wear chain. Though he was tired when he arrived, there was a important thing waiting for him, he had to prepare done for his mission to America, he didn't want American thought that Taiwanese just like that. And he did a good job. Through this trip, he done everything by his own, check the flight, rent a car, took airplane. Even just few days, he learned to be independent and experience many first time of his life.

The story is about an old farmer and devil. Long time ago, there was an old farmer worked in a farm, he was a very nice person. One day, a devil was very boring and he tried to do something that would make the farmer angry. So the devil stolen the lunch box made by the farmer's wife. When the lunch time coming, the farmer found his lunch box was disappeared, but he didn't angry, he just thought maybe someone was poor than him. Then forgot it. This devil's mission was failed.
The devil tried many times, but no matter how hard the deril tried, he couldn't succeed. The devil's farther told to the devil, the only way was to made him rich. So the devil made the farmer rich. The farmer bought a big house, a car and a servant. One day, a begger came to the farmer's house and ask for a meal, but the farmer reduced. The devil succeed. He made the farmer to be a bad guy. This story inspires Leo something: People would never know what they look like when they become rich, so we should be humble even we getting rich.

He sent me a present. That's a collection of a lot of music score of rock songs! I appreciate it very much!
It's not easy to have such a great collection!

Nobel Peace Prize
Everyone knows that Wally is the real universalist in E-concussion! I think he can make peace for the world by his universal unique!

Ben:
The Best Singer
Ben has the best voice in E-concussion, His grade in singing skill is almost professional i think. Be more free, sing by yourself with your heart. Let's do it!

She always smile,looks like a happy girl.

When Joyce is hostess, she always got lots of ideas of games,it's intereing us,so Joyce is the best creative person.

My first impression to Paul is, what a shy guy, ha.And I think he is a good listener, too.Because when girls are talk on the way back from econcussion, he always listen to us, keep smile, never interupt us.

Through the Best Award this activity, I believe you can think more about others in a good way. That's the reason why we held this activity.So, never forget to think everyone's best o!Ha~~

Because when Amy said lifeguard.Let me think maybe Red Cross paid to Amy.Ha...Also best learner.

Peggy can imitate Amy and 阿吉仔.So great that Peggy is the best ape.Also the best collector of Disney world.
Shavia:Best Adviser
Because Shavia always gave us the best advice and really useful.
Sharon: Best Player
Sharon always think next gathering where will we go~Ha. The best player is Sharon.

I have an unforgetable experience that was happened maybe when I was an elementary school student or junior high school student, I forgot.
I could remember that I went to my aunt's wedding. You know Taiwan's culture, like to have pretty girl dance and quite noisy music car.
The girl usually sang three songs I think, then the most impressed me was I saw a girl sang a song and took off her clothes on her body, she was naked, really. And she sat on my first aunt's husband's legs. Wow, really amazing whole people at that time. After this wedding, I didn't see any naked women dance in every wedding occassion that I been to. Um, it's really a pity. Haha..just a joke. This is my unforgetable experience.

Every employees could make an unique ink in the world for free, just need to use their own hand and press their unique fingerprint on the ink.
I made one,too. It's really interesting. Although the smell wasn't very good, when the ink dry, the smell would be better, even smell good.

Amy: The Best Sunny Cheer Leader
Amy always cheers when someone appears. Her joyful voice can bring out everyone's epinephrine and make he/her happy. I feel her life philosophy is just like the song, Hakuna Matata from Disney, The Lion King. (Hakuna Matata means "no worries for the rest of your days, it's our problem-free philosophy") Amy always shows her delight and strong part to us. Let me want to react the same way to her.

Ben: The Best Laughter Maker
Wherever Ben appears, there is laughter. He knows how to attract everyone's attention and make people burst into laughter. He is very humorous and has talent in telling jokes and imitating others, especially imitating Wally. He can easily come up with some bright ideas to play a trick on someone making Econcussion full of joy. I am glad we have this guy "sacrifice" himself and amuse others in our club.

Carey: The Best Story Catcher
Any general things under Carey's camera will become beautiful pictures. And the pictures always tell their own stories. Carey also catches every movement so naturally that shows our purest part of life.

James: The Best Patient Guitar Player
James is the most patient person that I've ever met. He can be patient in front of an astray person and tell him/her to return the right way. James also plays guitar patiently, repeat and adjust again and again to match the best tune of the song. That is also a good way to learning everything in our life.

Joyce: The Best Thoughtful & Sweet Beauty
Joyce pays lots of attention to take care of everyone in Econcussion. She always notices the deeper parts that others ignore. With her warmest concern, every member must feel relieved. Not only taking care for everyone, Joyce also contributes a lot to Econcussion. She spends much time collecting and organizing our handouts or information making our club run well and faster.

Leo: The Best Friendly Big Brother
Leo is like a big brother in Econcussion; sometimes he acts like a kid, and sometimes he shows he mature part leading our club. Having a good plan of his career and life, he gets many thoughts about how to make himself better. Also, he has many experiences of life, so he can give some constructive and sincere suggestions to his friends who need help.

Paul: The Best Sporty Shy Boy
Paul always blushes when we ask him some personal questions. Maybe he is not so familiar with us, but I bet he will be crazier after hanging out with Econcussion more. Don't think Paul is shy; he is quite active in mountain climbing. What a sporty boy!

Sharon: The Best Ice-looking But Warm-hearted Beauty
Sharon seldom shows her feeling out apparently. Maybe that is who she is. I can tell that Sharon is the calmest person amount us when facing an emergency. Though she looks calm and "icy", sometimes she wears a slight friendly smile on her face. She also spreads her sweetness by helping us without asking rewards.

Shavia: The Best Sweet Mentor
Shavia is also like my big sister. Whenever I get confused about something, she gives me useful suggestions and ideas to move on. I got many useful information from Shavia and learned a lot. She speaks softly and sweetly, just like Carey's first impression to her, a warm person.

Wally: The Best Childlike Dream Maker
Wally still has many dreams to be come true. He puts lots of attention on his career and makes efforts to achieve his goals. He also has many kinds of skills and knowledge of every field. Listening to Wally's speaking is like learning from an encyclopedia. Hope Wally's dreams may come true soon.

January 2006, I just retired from army. The travel cells dashed in all my body. It’s time to have the first time travel oversea. Sydney Australia, where my elder sister works there and rent a house in suburban would be the best choice. I had planed to watch a performance in the famous Opera house. But the clerk in Opera told me that all the performances are so popular and all sold out few days ago and told me try to wait for the refund ticket. Next day I went to Opera house for my favorite concert. The clerk still told me no one refunded. When I was walking out of the desk… the clerk shouted me and indicated a woman at the same time ”Hey,… that woman has a ticket!” then, the woman came to me and show me the only one ticket. “Is it a good seat for you?” she asked me. I was so surprised and didn’t know how to respond her, just said “thank you very much” three times! I’m so lucky that the original price of that ticket is 70 A$, she only took me 50 A$. The seat is beside her and her friends. I watched a perfect concert and made a nice chat with them, it was a wonderful night. She left her name card to me. She is a manager director of a yacht company. This photo was took by her daughter.

The photo was taken in dormitory of college in 頭城. That was her first day of dormitory life. She took photos with her roomates and classmates.

The photo was taken in a college located in USA. She studied English in USA and have a homestay father. The father is the director of the college. He invited her to visit the college. She wanted to study there, but later on she went to Singapore requested by parents cause her brother already studied in Singapore.

Louise
She took photo with one friend, a male friend. They had known each other from internet. There was once Louise's band is searching some partners for the band. But they lost contacts for a few years. One day, when Louise was working as a receptionist, they coincidently met again. He ever studied in USA. He is now a professor works in 真理 university. He likes rock music and is somehow professional in rock too.

Carey
She was the leader of photographing club in college. She said as a leader she has to be more professional. So she took lessons to learn the skill. So there were 3 photos of her work selected from 300 photos. First photo took in 九份, second in 大直, third in 保安宮.
These were her first time to take photo of night views. She had to prepare lots of stuff, some special equipment, and spend a long time to take these photos.
There was another lovely photo is Carey's 9 months' baby shoot. Her baby smile looked so cheerful and joyful. She put this photo in front of her desk to remind her when she felt upset, to cheer herself up. This is really a good way to remind ourselves how happy we ever being.

Paul
He showed the photo of his health insurance id card which was taken when he served in army. He was bareheaded that time. He served in army three years ago in Tao Yuan. He said why he joined us because he wants to improve English, more practices and make good friends.

Wally
Recently, he helped his friend to move house for three days. So his friend send him a Chinese painting as a gift. The painting is drew some fish, shrimps and with the drawer's stamp. And he's having some new inventions about substituted energy, use the air substitute the gas to make a car move. And he's going to south America to seek for business opportunities.

1. Why I swim? I love it. In addition swimming and biking are two of my dreams when I was a kid.

2. Teach my friend swimming wake up my love for swimming. Faithfully, I haven’t swum for a long time before this training.

3. I searched the Internet and found out the information about lifeguard training.
I noticed that Yahoo Knowledge strongly recommend the training hold by RED-CROSS in Youth Park.

4. At the beginning I didn’t have any idea about Youth Park. I just asked Joyce if she knew that place. A curious coincidence was she lived near Youth Park.

5. My most impression part is I had a fever after the first day training.
At that time, I didn’t know I was in a fever. I just felt uncomfortable when I was working. When I got Joyce’s home, her roommates were not at home. Therefore I could not enter the house.
I felt terrible tired that time. I definitely needed sleep that time. So I just slept in front of the door—a shoes cabinet one side and a trash bag in the other side.
When I was sleeping my mother gave me a call. Asking me if every thing was alright. What I could only reply was “I am find, I finished my dinner, already took a bath. I am going to bed later.”

6. My sickness continued more than two weeks. During the weak period the only aggressive time for me is in the water.

7. Another unforgettable time is I swam in BI-TAN reservoir.
I felt freeze when swam in the water. When I when ashore, I could hardly stand by my self.
However, I really like the experience swimming in the reservoir.

8. We also swam in the sea. The water is hyper salty. After swimming in the sea, everyone feels the water in the swimming pool is very sweet.

9. We also had wonderful coaches accompany us the whole training.

10. Definitely we have the greatest members in our training group.

This photo was taken with my colleagues in Inventec
my previous company. We all graduated from NTUST so we were getting along with each other very well. And the topic of this photo was to pretend we were hooligans, thus we all held a stick of smoke by lips.

I went to a potential encourage course when studied in graduate school. This photo was about a training which we were asked to accomplish a mission impossible in 2 hours. We had to perform in front of many people like a famous band. And within 2 hours we had to prepare all the equipments, costumes, songs and everything…
I couldn’t believe it that we made it. We were so proud of ourselves and became more self-confident after that mission.

see there were 3 wooden sculptures behind us. And
my classmates and I just imitated the poses they did.
The left one looks like a sissy boy… ha ha.
The view there was fantastic. I seldom see this kind
of beautiful scenery in schools.


What! I was dancing the steel-pipe dance around a lady! Ha ha… please don’t envy me… ha ha...
I was playing a card game called King’s game.
Of course, I lost so I was punished to sacrifice my image. I am a gentleman not a gigolo. But it seems I was very professional in that dancing in the photo, right?
